Subway

Haven't experienced major problems here but lately they have been have computer and card transaction issues resulting in going elsewhere. UPDATE: 1/31/21 - Reduced to 2 Stars SLOWWWW service. Waited about 10 minutes to get served and still took longer than should to go through making my order. One of the workers seems to not know what to do and has poor customer service. While another tries to pick up the slack but not enough get things going smooth. And while there they lost 3 or 4 customers that walked in and back out due to the wait.

knew something was wrong when they all give me a dirty look, never had any problems at this store, sub was physically lighter than any other sub I've ever had. No Mayo, not even half the veggies i ordered, can count the shredded cheese pieces on one hand, ONE HAND, and that smudge didnt smell like anything that should have been near a sandwich!!! awful, rude, threw away cause i didn't want my dog even trying to get a piece!!!

I'm not local here but man this place is bad. For not filling my large drink at the top, it sound like they are having financial issues if they can't fill my soda and can't properly put a sandwich together. The guy in the window is nice but the manger is horrible with her attitude toward my fiance. I suggest going to Diana or different subway instead since this one is most likely going to close down with their attitude toward customers.

Me and 2 female guest went here to eat. One of my guest reported feces in the floor which was conveyed to an employee who basically ignored us. Another female customer walked into the rest room and stepped into the feces and walked into dine. I reported this immediately to the manager who made no effort to get it out of dine. Secondly I bought a drink and pored it in my stainless steel cup I carry to stay safe and the worker demanded I return the cup after I paid for it. It was the worst experience ever!

We stopped by this Subway outlet in Hudson Rd. In Longview, we ordered 2 footlong combos and 2 6" sub combos, even with the order taker we iij ting d ou wn our order, only three sandwiches came out right I ordered a spicy italian sub in which the individual came back twice to ask about our order and I repeated it to him twice, all vegetables plus jalapenos please help me find my vegetables on my sandwich? Fir some unknown reason I don't know what happened to them...

I usually don’t write reviews for food places but this one stuck out to me. When I walked up to order, the employee just stared at me blankly, he didn’t greet me, didn’t smile at all, just stared at me. Seemed like I was annoying him with my presence. Just left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Will probably leave immediately if I walk in and see him there again

I was very disappointed with my experience this time. I stood there for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Finally the poor guy making an order already at the front counter asked if he could help me (since he clearly saw the 2 working the line in the back had looked at me several times and ignored me) and he pointed to a shelf where my order for pickup had been laying the entire time. Bread was burnt, very few ingredients AND they forgot my cheese. Not going back to this location!
