I ordered a big breakfast pancake platter, Coke iced coffee sausage McMuffin somehow they forgot my pancakes! This is not the first time that I've had food missing get a Big Mac with no hamburger patties! I think that if you are going to be a fast food restaurant then you should probably get your stuff together! Spending double the money for food that you're not getting is extremely upsetting! Can not even go back to correct my order because I never received a receipt, so maybe you should hand those out too when you give cash back!

I ordered here about 20 minutes ago, maybe a little less. They didn't give me half my bloody food; I got mad, furious if you will. So I called them, screaming and cursing like a furious drunkard, but I spoke with a lovely gentleman named Daniel, to who I'd love to give personal Thanks and a little note of appreciation. This review is not for the location; I'd actually rate this location a two since this is roughly that 9973rd time I haven't gotten all my food. This 5-star review is for Daniel, who not only powered through my yelling and cursing but also remained professional, kind, and considerate. Most people would, I'm sure, have hung up on me right then but not Daniel. Thank You, Daniel, for being a golden-star example of customer service. I genuinely appreciate you being as understanding as you were, and I know I made this kind of seem like a joke, but really, you helped calm me down and helped find a solution while keeping a cool head and, at least while dealing with me. You're an example to follow, not that anyone should have to deal with what I put you through.

2 stars for friendly and polite employees. Order was all wrong. Happy meal upcharged with a second serving of fries (what?) when I specified fries with the meal...cause sometimes apples are an option, right? They handed me the sealed Happy Meal and my two drinks and had me pull around so they could complete my order. Then they brought me a third drink? "In case we got the type wrong".. uh ok, I'm out of cupholders now.. And I should have checked, totally forgot the chicken nuggets from the chicken nugget meal. So extra kiddo size fries, extra large drink, and a missing entree. Have had bad luck here with order accuracy. Upside is, missing those chicken nuggets was healthier for me - just wish I hadn't paid for them!

So much for fast food. Waited for 10 min following my order to get my food. The two cheese burgers I was given had no cheese or onion or anything. They were wrapped in yellow so I didn't imagine to look for cheese before I drove away. But honestly when you have to pull over and wait for 10 minutes I find it really surprising that they still get something so basic incorrect. Then they seen surprised your upset by it.
