For the most part we've alway had good service from this PH. I usually place the order online and do carryout but the few times we'd had delivery, it's been great. The pizza is consistently fresh and made exactly as ordered with a good amount of toppings. Everyone is always nice and friendly!

We have had consistently good experience with Pizza Hut delivery. It was easy to use the app to order, the delivery was prompt, the pizza was hot, and the quality of the Supreme pizza was great. We will definitely order from here again.

The service sucks on the weekends order curbside they ignore you. Then you have a kid standing around just looking at you and ignoring you. Both when your in the car and in the store. And the music was so extremely loud I had to bang on the counter to get anyones attention. Weekends I do not tip period because this is the third time and I decided I will hand them a tip if it’s curbside if not they get zero tip. I tip twenty percent. Mind you the music was so loud I had to repeat myself so she could hear it.

I used to go to this location more when I lived in Platteville. Since moving back to Longmont I had been going to the Pizza Hut nearby until they closed both Longmont locations in 2020. I still like the Hut though. Especially Pan Pizza. I've always experienced good customer service at the Firestone location. It's worth the drive for me.

The only downfall about this location is that we are outside of the delivery radius (Dacono) but we will gladly drive to the restaurant to do carry out - we had been stuck doing only 1 other pizza place for a good long time - but we are SO happy to have another option!

The breadsticks here are amazing, fresh, soft, hot, buttery with yummy herbs and garlic. 5 sticks, ask for more sauce, as one is simply not enough...

The last 2 orders we placed have been messed up. We order half cheese and half sausage, mushroom, pepperoni and onions. first of all, the toppings cover 2/3 the pizza and they cut along the toppings instead of in half.
Todays pizza was the same way but then the cheese half had almost no cheese on it and the sauce was baked dry.

5$ delivery fee, 6$ tip when pizza 20$, 20min late, and only knocking once when their is a doorbell, leaving it on the floor when their is furniture outside, If you might want to tip on performance then expect your pizza to be an hour late
