Burger King

Didn't get mine or my son's order right. Almost forgot second coke. Gave me a complete different sandwich and my son's has mustard. Lady was completely rude at the window. Didn't even say hello or anything. Rude. Starting to really understand why people complain about this burger king. The girl who handed me my food was 100 times nicer than the one who took the card and gave me my drinks. I just got back down the road so whatever time it is now like 20 minutes prior is whoever was there.

Now that BK is open again, I understand that it's going to have growing pains. Went there tonight with my kids, went through the drive thru in a hurry but honestly wasn't paying attention when the worker read back my order, I just agreed, paid & left. Got home & realized a couple of things was wrong & called to let them know. They made things right but if management sees this, it wasn't your employee's fault. At all. This was all me. So I hope that he didn't get into trouble over it. Like I said, it wasn't his fault. But other than that, food was good, everything was fresh. Good deal. 👍🏻

Absolutely a shameful place. My boyfriend was in line for 45 minutes and their excuse is because they are understaffed with only 3 people. Don't belive that. I used to work at a burger King in nelsonville and NOT ONCE were we that slow with 3 people. That was how it was MOST OF THE TIME. RUSHES OR NOT. It's because people don't want to do their job there and it's poorly ran. They need to reconsider their staff and management at the logan ohio location. A complete remodel will not hide the sorry excuse for a staff they have. Makeup can't hide the only ugly. A shame.
