Some reason they always make my order wrong. Food is good, I just wish they get it right one time. I don’t always complain but enough is enough.

The Panola location is worth the wait. Its a long wait so give some time before you go. But literally the best fried chicken in town and the best chicken biscuits for sure! Like whoever grandma they got back there making the biscuits is darn good at it. I hope the quality never changes. Just wish the wait was shorter

I needed a large order of chicken for an upcoming event, from this location. I was assisted by Lee Hull and Joy Buena Ventura over the phone service, whom were both in different states, traveling. Thank you for your time and outstanding customer service.
I frequent this location regularly and am never disappointed.

Could use better customer service they have their dining room closed when it should be open coronavirus is not an excuse to not have the restaurant open although they do it in this particular side of town

Even though most eating places are opened up for business again, this location is drive thru or pick up only. Had to wait in line to order and then get my food for about 45 minutes. Thought about leaving but once you're in the drive through line, you can't get out of it. The food is okay but not worth the wait

Man they had a little too much going on at the drive thru.. then they had the nerve to make me wait for 10-15 mins for a dry chicken sandwich.. Man I was sold with the commercial.. then to let me down like that was a good thing because I'm not coming back.. I just know I should have went on to Popeyes.. OK OK BOJANGLES.. YOU GOTTA 0 ON MY TASTE TEST.. SORRY. DAM EXPERIENCE FOR SHOW..
