Taco Bell

Here at the drive through at 11:35pm and they are in the store hiding acting as if they are closed. Store hours says open till 12am. I physically see two employees but know one refuse to come to the window. Even after I hunk the horn twice they appear to not want to be seen by standing away from the window . Nice customer service

I went through drive thru today. I ordered chicken tacos. My first time, since I normally don't do fast food. Something wasn't right with my first order so I went in to ask if they could make it over. I wasn't there one minute before manager Pam asked if she could help me! I didn't even need to explain because her exceptional customer service made me feel appreciated as a. Customer and she should be recognized for her excellent skills. Furthermore, the place was clean and I respect that!

Food was good but certain item like the fries were out. Still on menu board. Young workers not attentive enough to help. Taco Bell needs to remove menu board and teach our young folks how to count and manage a register. Young man and lady worker romancing holding hands and back to work without washing their hands. Unbelievable

They aren’t anything like what they use to be. They don’t listen and follow directions, no matter if you order online, in-person walk-in or drive-thru…. They still find away to mess up your order. They leave stuff out, don’t fix your food exactly the way you requested, and the food is never fresh. That’s the main reason you can’t get food exactly the way you ask, because the food is just sitting their from them pre fixing foods, and when someone orders they don’t start from then making the item fresh. It’s old sitting, cold and, soggy, plus completely wrong when you receive it. The two Taco Bell’s locations that are in my area are: Fairington Road in Lithonia, Ga next to Walmart ( it’s a Taco Bell/ Long John Silver’s combined) and the other location is Taco Bell at Stonecrest Mall area ( across the street from Tire Plus shop). Both do the same horrible things. And then have the nerve to ask you to bring the food back, in order to get another meal at another time. How feels like leaving home expecting to eat and be satisfied. But in stead you get no satisfaction, then have to go all the way back to the restaurant that just cheated you, give them the exact amount of food back, ( giving them your receipt isn’t enough) in order to get your food done correctly that you already paid for, now wasted more gas on…. All of this is ridiculous. They both need to be closed and staffed with new, employees and new rules. Cleaned up buildings inside and outside. Cause I know they have to be dirty also if they are so horrible on food

worst taco bell i’ve ever worked at.the GM Lenny doesn’t treat anybody with respect but wants to be respected. Hate the black female employees up there. Calls everyone out there name using profanity, dosenr change his gloves even when he takes out the trash,change the grease,and even touches his car with those same pair of gloves to make food. this is by worst the worse store i’ve every experienced inn my life. Someone needs to get him out the store to replace him.He puts hand sanitizer on his gloves like that’s something sanitary.

2 weeks ago went to place an order at the drive thru,waited over 10mins for someone to take my order (no one said nothing)so i drive up to the window to see why🤔😒manager and associate fussing and fighting with a customer (blk male)who was coming behind the counter getting ready to pull out his gun..i thought i was in a movie...i couldn't believe what was happening..This Taco bell has poor customer service pretty much all the time but it gives no one the right to pull out a gun...just leave and take your money elsewhere...i WILL NEVER GO BACK...To many bad customer service issues.. i have tried keeping my money in the community but this Taco bell is crossed off my list👎👎district managers and Home office please come clean up your business fast!!!
