Not the worst DD I have been to, but definitely not great. Cold brew is super diluted, and I ordered it black. **Management needs to spend time teaching employees safe food handling. The guy put gloves on to handle my food, but then pulled out his phone and opened the register/handled cash, before going back to my food. Luckily, I saw what was about to go down and stopped him to ask him to change gloves.

Seriously DISAPPOINTED at my order , im a big fan at dunkin even order off the app as well and just brought a caramel craze iced latte and i end up recieving a regular iced coffee i am HIGHLY disappointed i am not recieiving the proper customer service. IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND PAY FOR WHAT I SPECIFICALLY ORDERED I WANT MY ORDER TO BE GOOD I WANT WHAT I ORDER NOT A GENERIC NOT AN ALTERNITIVE. If i ordered a caramel crazed latte i expect a caramel craze latte not a REGULAR ICED COFFEE . 1 STAR FOR YOU GUYS due to the fact that my ORDER WASNT PROPERLY MADE.
