Subway

I ordered through DoorDash. Asked for lettuce and spinach and they barely put anything on there. The subs delivered were skinny and skimpy with little bits of what I asked for. The servers take advantage that it’s a DoorDash order and they don’t put any work or love into it. Sine they’re not the ones eating it and they don’t have the customer watching them serve, they don’t care . Asked for it to be toasted and was not toasted.

I happened to love subways but lately I'm not a fan anymore. At first that never honor coupons. You get all the coupons in the mail and on the app but at no subway they are accepted so why bother sending them? They always say a participating location please show me one location in my neighborhood who accepts them. The first thing you see is a big sign on the door no coupons accepted. Then you come inside the toaster oven doesn't work. I also hate that I have to ask five times to put a little bit more on it not two onion rings I maybe want 10 onion rings. Half of the things I liked in subways do not get offered anymore. Starting with the honey oat bread going to all the different meats. And you want to talk about expensive, here we go

I pulled up to this Subway around 7:50pm. I googled their hours to make sure they were still open. Google said they close at 10pm. So I went in and an employee made it very clear no one else was to be served after me. I asked what time they closed and he said 7:45. Now I understand they close at 8pm per the hours listed on the door (I saw after I left), but, him saying 7:45 is incorrect. I have worked in the food service industry and it was a no no to turn away business because you did not want to take any more orders. I googled because I didn't want to be "that person" but the response I received was extremely unprofessional. I was so uncomfortable I left without ordering so I did not inconvenience him.

Manager is never there. A big steel piece was loose in the parking lot (on their property)I ran over it and hit the bottom of my car, now my car is damage and no one will answer me. Staff has no idea who the manager is. I called everyday to try and get answers and no response. Find it soooo irresponsible. I can’t believe Sub Way has personnel so irresponsible representing them!
