Dunkin'

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service- team member was completely rude when asking for a specialty drink and told me they couldn't make it for me. When my husband simply stated that we have ordered the same drink from many other Dunkins in the area she rudely stated, "Well then you will have to go there then". We understand rules need to be followed... But there is absolutely NO reason to be rude to a customer

I usually don't complain about this Dunkin donuts, but I was so disappointed in them last night. My coffee they forgot the creamer , and it was like the coffee had a db batch of coffee in it. It was beyond strong. I think I got the coffee made for cold brew drinks I had to throw it away. My bacon maple egg sandwich was so drenched in grease that the bag was completely soaked! Every bite I attempted just dropped out tons of grease I spent 18$ last night total and threw away 2 items . I am coming in this am , and showing pictures of my coffee and sandwich. Hopefully they will do the right thing and make me a new one

Just go to the McDonald's at the next intersection towards Lewiston. I waited to order for a few minutes before anyone was even on the drive thru speaker. They took my order, a coffee and sandwich, but never gave me a total. I pulled up to the window, paid, got my coffee. After a few more minutes they opened the window and asked me what else I was waiting on. It took calling over a manager, combing through receipts, and 5 more minutes for them to realize they had left it off my order. They had me pay again, asked if I got my coffee already, and told me my sandwich would be right out after they had already handed it to me.

Order wasn't ready, they said it didn't come through, two ladies were working as hard and fast as they could and really needed more help. They made my order for me once I was there and were very nice and apologetic but I feel bad for how under staffed they were and how hard they were trying to keep up! Poor management 😢
