Missing a lot of ingredients. Only one employee so it took some time. But overall the sandwich I ended up with was pretty good.

The staff was very friendly. They had a big order in front of us, but got through it quickly.
The place was very clean and the food is always good. I love subway's new variety.

I’m not sure why this subway is always out of things. The last time, I got all the way home, took a bite of my sandwich and realized that they left the meat/cheese completely out of the order. Had to go all the way back. This town has a lot of subway restaurants, so pick another and avoid this one like the plague.

If I could leave no stars I would. We ordered a salad and the lettuce was wilted and starting to turn colors. They usually mix it all up for you but didn’t this time. We had to mix it up ourselves. Usually one of the best ones in town but not today. The bread had stuff all in it and the meat tasted a little moldy

Don't order thru the app here. Go in so you can explain to them how to prepare a sandwich. The steak and cheese melt is suppose to be heated so it melty, warm and delicious. Mine was super cold and gross.

The customer service at 301 Cheyenne Leavenworth Kansas 66048 is NOT GOOD AT ALL. They are very slow. It should have taken me 45 minutes to get two footlong sandwiches. Especially when there were only 3 people in line.

Been here before and wasn't at all impressed by these angry unhappy looking employees. But today I went in with my husband and it was a totally different positive environment. Idk his name but this young blond guy was being friendly and even made me a pizza from flat bread, they dont serve actually pizzas at this subway so I had to get creative. He was being open minded and I appreciate that!!

I got the 6 " black forest ham on wheat and 2 white chocolate chip cookies. Quick and friendly service. Everything tastes very good.
