BE EXPLICIT AND MAKE THEM REPEAT YOUR ORDER SPECIFICATIONS, VERBATIM: * DO - When ALLERGIC and ordering from fast food servers, just say, "I am allergic to_____." If they mess this up, get replacement items immediately, keep your receipt in hand and call BK Corporate Customer Service. * DO - Pull out of the drive-thru lane and check your bag for cold food, improper items, or poor preparation. * DO - Get *immediate customer service* to correct your order by going into the store or knocking on the main door. * DON'T be a "pill* and slow down the drive-thru even further.

As much as I didn’t want to give them a 2 star here I am. I know the employees can’t do much but when I ordered a sprite I got these watered down drink. Either I end up getting water or a flat soda when that’s not what I ordered. I’m allergic to onions so I always ask no onions and I always get a couple. They are very nice but there are some changes that need to be made :)

The food isn't that bad when you wanting to grab something quick and go home...when you don’t want to leave base. Me and my husband have only been here about 2-3 times....but every time the person at the window/speaker has been either rude or rushy or both. Like today when we went the girl was literally using one word answers and all. We got hi what can I get for you. And when my husband ordered his meal he asked to switch the fries to onion rings and she said ok drink. Then she she did the same when he ordered my meal. I got chicken fries so she was like sauce? Then when it came to my drink I asked if I could get a frozen coke instead she said ok. Then came back and said is that it we said yes and she said 2nd window. When we got to the window she gave us the total and I was kinda shocked at the fact she said thank you when we handed it to her. She even talked the same as she was on the speaker. She had the I don’t want to be here attitude.

Went there Friday morning in Lansing, to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches. No customer service at the counter whatsoever. The cook came out from the back and called out into the dining area for one of the cashiers to come upfront and man the cashregister. She took my order and the sandwiches were made and left sitting on the counter in the cook area. Ten minutes later, I finally asked another cashier if l could get my sandwiches, who by the way, was heavily engrossed in a conversation with her brother's girlfriend and kid, and looked at me like l was imposing on her time. The place is in dire need of a manager to train the employees on what good customer service is, because this place is in dire need of good help. Probably will not return there. The Burger King on Fort Leavenworth is superb when it comes to customer service, and the food is always hot and fresh when you receive it.

Update September 24 2019: The change to a one star is due to this locations ridiculous policy on of all things....ketchup. First the dispensers inside were removed and now you have to ask for packets at the counter. When you do ask the staff seems annoyed and begrudgingly gives you 2 whole packets. Seems like a stupid complaint but the restaurants whole attitude about ketchup distribution is just stingy.
