Came in and asked if I had to use the tablets to order or if I could do it at the counter and was met with “I’m off the clock”
Oookay so I order at the kiosk. Waited FOREVER for my food. When they finally called my order I was told “it’s been sitting up here a while” to which I replied “I guess you just forgot to call out the name or what?” And he told me he called the name (like this place isn’t 15 square feet 🙄) I told him I have been sitting right here the whole time. He rolled his eyes at me and a girl in the kitchen apologized for the wait.
Well as the picture shows the food was worse than the service. This is supposed to be a chicken quesadilla but it’s more like cardboard with cheese and a couple pieces of cardboard chicken. And I had to go back up to the counter because they forgot my drink. Would give 0 stars if possible

So tonight, I placed an order through the app. I ordered some chicken tacos, but they were out of the 6-inch tortillas. The young man at the window was very apologetic. He got me something other than I ordered and tried his best to make it right! I work retail, and I understand that things are hard to get! I hope he sees this, and someone gives him a big kudos!

Absolute horrible service. They were busy so the order took about 25 minutes. When we asked about our order we were yelled at by a woman behind the counter who seemed to be a supervisor. She yelled at 3 different customers. We asked because some people were coming in after us yet getting their order first so we just wanted to see what was up. Another gentleman who was also getting yelled at said his order showed it was ready on the app he ordered from. The woman yelled at him for that too. It was beyond unprofessional. Definitely won't be coming back to this location again.

I have a huge camper on my truck. Their lobby is closed. I tried calling their phone number but only realized that their number is out of service. I knock on the door/window to grab someone's attention. As they see me, I gave a nice hand gesture if we can communicate. They ignored and shake their head. I went around the window drive-thru and apologized to the customer who is waiting for their food, the customer gave me her approval so that I can ask questions about me if I order the food from app and I knock on their door, will they bring it to me. They reject me. I do not want to stand in line in the drive-thru while it is raining outside. So I gave them a 1 star for not keeping up their bills for the phone or not having a curbside delivery

For the most part Customer Service is Great as far as taking your order goes..Not so much as to whether or not you get your complete order is a totally different story..I would say that 9 out of 10..9 being HOW MANY TIMES THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN AT LEAST # 1 ITEM & there have been times that I haven't gotten PART of what I ordered instead I received someone else's order.. Food is good & it's at least put together well..

Hours on the building state 0700 AM to 0100 AM. I drove up at 0730 AM waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes then drove up. All the lights were on and machines were running inside. I pulled around again vehicles were in the parking lot. I went up to the door, locked. Tried calling there business number and it had the busy tone. If you are not ready to serve please at least put up sign or respond on the drive thru intercom. Thanks.

Overall a very disappointing experience at this location. Most of the order was made incorrectly. I ordered via the app, so I was surprised with how incorrectly the order was made. In addition the Chalupa shell was very hard and stale to the point it was breaking apart. A Chalupa should be soft in case you didn't know. I'd avoid this location in favor of another meal elsewhere.

Tried reading out to Taco Bell via there app and on Twitter about my order. So far I've not received no response from Taco Bell. I've waited three business days before updating.

At this point it's clear that I won't be hearing back from Taco Bell. Especially with how many business days they've had to respond. I've reached out to them just about everywhere, including their app, Twitter, face book etc. I'm very disappointed by my experience and I doubt I'll ever be back at this point, especially at this location .

Slowest Taco Bell that I have ever been to in my life.. The staff was rude and my order of 8 items was wrong and not complete. Since we are not from the area and we are traveling we noticed the order was wrong after we got back on the rode (bad on our part for not verifying the order before leaving). Its a shame that on our holiday thus far this is the only blemish on our trip.
