I very much agree that the owners of this establishment are terrible and they belittle their customers. They do not know the FIRST THING about good customer service. It’s as if their patrons mean nothing to them at all. Tried the air machine and it did not work. I used an American Express and the machine said card accepted but the air button was seemingly broken. I then noticed that the sign said MasterCard or Visa so I tried my visa thinking that perhaps that’s why the machine malfunctioned. That also did not work. So I went inside and before I could even get the words out of my mouth I was rudely told that the machine was broken. My reply was “has it crossed your mind to put up a sign?” She replied with “we put tape over the card reader but people pulled it off.” Really!!!! I see now from another review that the machine has been broken for a month. She refused to give me a refund and when I asked her if she would go outside to put up a sign she shook her head no and kept blabbing about how people pulled her tape off. Perhaps it was dark and people didn’t see her TRANSLUCENT tape! The blatant rudeness and lack of customer service was appalling. Would it have been so hard to open her till and refund my $4.00. They clearly make a decent living! This sort of thing blows my mind. We will never give her business another cent of our money. I’d rather run out of gas on the side of the road.

Food was ok. Clearly they do not serve hot food 24/7 because there were no condiments, no hot dogs, the burgers, wings, and pizza were dried out. They Muslim lady up front was nice about letting us know about what was available though the African gentlemen could at least tried to have given us more condiments

Before lunch if you ask for a regular big bite they give you a quarter pound big bite and won't make regular big bites for you. I even ask them to put it in the microwave and they refuse to. Any other time I come to this store they have NO problems or issues putting them in the microwave and heating them up. PlAIN LAZY

I'm not sure where to even begin with this completely despicable encounter. I can see this 7-11 from the backside of my house so I frequently take the shorter walk over the longer car ride. Upon arrival I am stared down because "this is my second visit of the day." Again very close to my house, I wanted snacks, then later realized I forgot cigarettes. I ask for my brand of cigarettes, reach for my wallet and realize I left it at home. I tell the hopefully soon to be fired angry man my wallets at home and I will be right back. This is when things head south. I am accused of stealing which is completely mind boggling considering I bought every type of snack I could possibly think of wanting my first trip. I also tell the man I whole heartedly hope gets fired that I have been in eye sight of the registers directly in the front of the stores where cigarettes are kept engaged in conversation. I prove my innocence, flip my pockets and pat myself down, which only seems to make the angry man even more angry. He demands that I leave the store, which I obey. Once outside I see somebody lighting a cigarette. I ask the gentleman if he could spare one explaining my wallet is home and he happily agrees. Before I am handed the cigarette the angry owner/manager/worker is in my face, literally, in my face. Our noses maybe 2 or 3 inches away from each others, getting yelled at and sprinkled with spit. He tells me there is absolutely no loitering or begging people for money. I am honestly shocked at this point, backpedaling trying to get some personal space but every step I take he takes two. The gentleman who was giving me the cigarette steps in and trys explaining that it was no problem, it was just one cigarette and he should back up and calm down. He then jumps to the gentleman giving me the cigarette and demands that we both leave yelling obscenities and threatening to physically remove us from the property. I want to find the man responsible for such lack of respect. I think he may be a manager which is even more scary. I am in contact with the gentleman who offered the cigarette and he agrees, some sort of action must take place. He must be held accountable. No paying customer should ever be disrespected threatened and fear for their physical well-being especially from an employee. I will be contacting corporate and following this to the very top in line 7-11 owners/ceos.

I entered the store wanting to purchase two of the Doritos loaded when the clerk grabbed a box that looked like it's been sitting for a while, asked for two fresh orders instead, he in turns tells me the oven takes two hours.. I've never heard of such a thing. Not to mention he's serving people while wearing his hat like someone that's a third of his age.. poor, lazy service. .

It is July 22nd 2017, it is thundering and lightning and heavily down pouring rain . I pulled in and parked my motorcycle in the legal middle parking space under the huge steel awning at the 7 11 at 9707 Washington Blvd. I went inside and bought food after I finished eating the last bit of my big bite the manager; some non American douch bag tells me I have to leave the 7 11 property in the bad storm. This is un American . Do not give these unkind,scum bags any money. All they deserve is deportation .
