Domino's Pizza

This is the only Domino's in Lansing that A.) Always has friendly employees, B.) Always has properly proofed and stretched dough(not over proofed and flat like I've gotten at a West Lansing location several times) C.) Always uses the proper amount of pizza sauce on pizzas. Some other locations who use more sauce probably do it because the person making it likes more sauce. But that attitude generates inconsistent products. It's also not the recipe. D.) This location does an excellent job of proper cheese and topping distribution. They seem to value quality over short cuts. This ordinarily would slow a restaurant down, but it doesn't seem to in this case. I've tried other Lansing area dominos about 8 times, and I finally realize this is the only Domino's worth going to. Excellent work, now go forth and teach the other domino's how to do things right!

I usually order from them 2 to 3 times a week. Lately the food especially chicken wings half cooked pizza not cut or missing items from order. I am also a restaurant manager and being rude uncaring or offering a credit does not solve the issue always. I never have a problem with the manager during the day its night crew. We are all short staffed but the way you treat us customers has got to get better. Thinking of taking my business to another pizza store completely. Oh an ps: my orders are always $80 or up due to large family.....
