The new store manager Justin I believe went out of his way to ensure the lunch that I purchased from the Cafe was prepared correctly. The cashier Nick I believe was super kind, gave a great recommendation on candy and even helped me carry my bags. People can make or break any business and these employees definitely helped create a much better experience to keep me as a customer!

We love this place! Great place to get some knowledge and vitamins and they have some great sales. Thanks so much for all the yummy food.
Oh they have super delicious entrées that are ready to go in the cooler by the deli. Highly recommended for an inexpensive and healthy meal.

Great selection, decent prices and discounts, considering the speciality nature of most items. The deli section is great, but would recommend making things more often than once a week. Overall a good experience, although the employees could be nicer, but hey, we get it, working isn’t any fun.

I have to give BH a 4 for effort. I use this store as a quick stop for health foods. Besides being a bit too expensive, the staff (manager) tends to be rude, the cafe is often clueless and prepares meals and smoothies incorrectly, the store doesn't do quality checks. Oh! The last minute change in store hours with no explanation. Horrible.
Other than that the cashiers are nice! And it's quick.
Not bad but seriously could be better! I'd still go there in a pinch.

They had a redesign and its much better now. I've always liked the cafe and their sandwiches, cookies, cold deli, ect.. they have a very nice selection and with the text coupons the price is decently low. Worst part is some of the people, but others are awesome!

I've shopped here more than 20 yrs and have seen it evolved with better selections overall, however, the produce section is quite small, especially organic. I've had good service at the register from most of the employees. We all have bad days and I attribute that to the unfriendly ones. The prices are a little better than the other "health food stores" in the area for some items. All in all my experience is good.
