First entering the store you're hit with a New York style deli fragrance that is so refreshing with a hint of a bakery that catered fresh loafs of bread. Customer service was amazing the gentleman was very understanding and didn't rush you the sandwich was amazingly fresh and delicious I've found my new sandwich spot would recommend again

The guy who is always working here is so great. I only go in once every couple of months, but each time I have a different, fascinating and friendly conversation with him. Sandwiches are pretty good too (and cheaper than subway.)

I've literally been going to this restaurant since I was 15 years old the service has not changed nor have food the quality is good always reasonably priced and it is relatively easy to get in and get out I would definitely recommend this

Always great. Never had a bad sammich here. Great location on Michigan Avenue and awesome real fair prices. Owner rocks and is really cool.
