Ihop

This is now called Golden Bear pancakes. This new place is amazing! The servers were very friendly. I had a waffle. Wow They have so many toppings you choose from. My brother has biscuits and gravy. The basted eggs were perfect. Bacon was thick and cooked to perfection. I really can't say anything bad about this place. It was my brothers BD. They brought him 2 pancakes and sang. Great place. You should go there before it really catches on and is to busy.

I was super excited that we moved 5 minutes away from IHOP....but that was short-lived. I have tried 4 times on different days of the week at different times HOPING for a better experience. However, when I pick up a to-go order, it's always wrong! Thankfully I check my bag before I leave. When my husband and I dine in, we have to wait 10-15 minutes just for someone to come and offer water! One time there were like, THREE couples in the restaurant and we still had to wait. People saw us walk in, said someone will be right with us, and then just stood around. REALLY?! On 2 occasions I had to send my food back for being cold after waiting 20 minutes to get it. This happened again but to my husband; however, we were catching a movie down the street so we didn't even have time to complain. I'm just over this place. I would almost rather make the drive to the Crestwood location just to get my pancake fix. Apparently they are opening a new location down the street from this one. Honestly, I hope it comes with new staff.

Went here to ihop on Torrence today 2/21/21 Food took about 1 hour after 30 min wait... Chicken fajita omelette gets to the table onions and bell peppers burnt and sautéed spinach saucer is filled with grease...sent food back .. mean while my guest are eating and again I’m waiting....spoke to manager “Michael “ who apologized and indicated that he would take something off the bill ...food finally came ....by then every one is done eating.....bill comes he took $1.78 off ...what a joke ...called for the manager again, this time young lady came ....she removed the cost of the omelet from the bill....which was appreciated because at that point I didn’t want the omelet nor spinach I won’t be back terrible experience!!!!!
