Buffalo Wild Wings

Met a friend for some food in the evening on a Tuesday. Everything was fine. Waiter was attentive...a little too attentive. When the waiter asks "would you like a box?" while you are actively eating one translation is "will you leave soon." That combined with never being asked "would you like another beer?" makes a guy feel just slightly unwelcome. He did cash us out quickly which is a plus. It wasn't too busy nor was it too late (8:30) so I think its just how corporate chains train their staff to turn the tables over quickly. Again, it was fine. I'm not the biggest wing fan and ordinarily I wouldnt go unless asked so, perhaps, I am not the best judge of wing joints.

Ok I am a frequent customer of this location and I have never had a bad experience here until tonight. First thing was I redeemed my points for the sampler. After putting it in my que it said it was unavailable so I instead go in to order for carry out and find out why. Out of onion rings and I was told they couldn’t substitute them?!so not only did I not get it but now I’m out the points so I couldn’t just use them for something else. Now onto the 2nd problem! I get the food home to my kids and open the cheese curds! See pic! They were burnt and even tasted like complete char! I took them back to the restaurant and the guy at the counter informed me that that is how they now come! And even if he had more made they would look exactly the same! Well if that is the best quality I can get( burnt food) then I don’t see how you are going to keep many happy customers and everyone I know don’t go as much for ur wings as they do for the cheese curds. I don’t see myself going back. Also turn down the a/c in that place! Not only was I freezing but so was my food!!!

Nothing special, and you are rushed out even when it's not busy. You don't get offered a drink refill and when you ask for a drink to go, they always tell you they only have small cups. That is very cheap of them. I guess they don't mind having their place advertised on such small to go cups instead of on a decent size cup.

The service was extremely slow. The food was sub par. We had a party of 3, and everyone's food came out about 10 minutes apart. The buffalo chicken sandwich meal had very little sauce, and the amount of fries given with it was a much smaller portion than usual. The shredded cheese added to the wedges was nearly non-existent.
