Chipotle Mexican Grill

Usually this chipotle is amazing but lately it has been slipping. Tonight 6/17/2022 I went in around 9pm. I ordered my wife’s bowl everything was perfect. I go to order mine and this short red haired girl with a septum ring jumps on the line. I’ve seen her before she makes the worst burritos. She slaps on the tiniest amount of my ingredients that I order. When she goes to roll it she rolls it like a sleeping bag just didn’t even fold the corners just squeezed it together and rolled and of course the tortilla rips. She asked it I want a second tortilla I said no I don’t like all that extra. And they goes to roll the foil on and all the ingredients fall out. The cashier shot her a look and she just shrugs and goes onto the next order. Worst burrito I’ve ever had. Avoid this location at all costs.

I don’t like this location but especially after todays experience. They let me in on a little secret. They told me the app will sometimes steal your money and then not fully place your mobile order so when you show up you won’t get your food you ordered but it will still take your money. The employee was just cool with that too. It made me want to ask why they don’t make this known to the public at all that sometimes the app scams you. I didn’t have the confirmation number to prove my husband ever placed an order because I didn’t have my phone with me. So the girl told me I can run and go get the confirmation number and she said “run and go get the confirmation and I’d be happy to make your food.” I then told her I probably won’t be back since it’s a long drive and she then just ignored me. So we never got our food but they took our money for our multiple items we purchased through the app.

The food was okay here. My biggest gripe was the burnt chicken, and the chips were very greasy. The person who greeted us was obviously in a bad mood which wasn't pleasant. They were out of forks, but I can use a spoon, no problem. I had the remind the cashier to get my water cup, so I felt a bit rushed through the whole process. I usually would come back, but there are better Chipotles around, like the one on Dorothy Lane by the Moriane Walmart.

where's Chipotle I've ever been to. waited in line for 20 minutes just to get up to the glass for them to tell me it'll be 30 minutes for rice and they're out of steak and only taking card!! the manager does not know how to delegate a crew there was eight people standing back there doing nothing no one cooking steak and five people standing around making rice which Cooks itself!! and how do you not accept cash I understand if you're low on change but I had exact change and they would not take it!!!!! go to the one that's right down the street and save yourself the hassle

Awful. I asked for rice and beans on the sides with both my quesadillas, when I got to the register I asked if they were going to add the rice and beans and the cashier flat out told me no because I didn't ask from the beginning. What?? I didn't argue because I had my hands full with 3 kids and trying to juggle everything but when I finally got home I looked at the receipt and saw I paid for the sides I apparently didn't ask for properly.... I like chipotle, but they won't get anymore of my money again if that's the service I can expect.

I am vegetarian. Honestly vegetarian dishes are sometimes boring and bland. Chipotle is not. Health and delicious it is. With so many options and flavors to choose from it's never dull. Because of the deliciousness it can be a bit busy there. I recomend downloading the app. The app is super easy to use. Here is my favourite bowl : I like the flavorful white rice. I top that with peppers and onions Sliced romaine lettuce Cheese Sour cream Then the sauces : Chunky tomato Corn salsa Tomatillo The super spicy one I put on the side. Chips and guacamole are a must.
