Taco Bell

This is my favorite fast food place but make sure that you don't order kick start at this specific place, because the workers don't know how to put flavoring in their machine. I go here every once in a while and I always forget and buy kick start. Everytime that I go there, they never have good Kick Start there.

Placed our order at the kiosk, took them a good 15 minutes to realize we placed it, lost the order in the system, then found it. In that time, another customer walked in without a mask. Eventually, someone in the back told him he needs a mask, so he went and got one. Then he and the cashier BOTH removed their masks at the counter to talk. And a manager was watching the whole thing, without a word.

I waited in the one lane drive thru for 15 minutes before I even got to place my order. Only wanted 2 gordita crunch, waited another 10 minutes to pay with cash, given no receipt back, received a sticker closed bag, "understandably cause of Covid", and went home to discover, I got somebody else's order!!! So disappointing! If Taco Bell is only going to provide one CLOSED IN lane with only One window, they better come up with a more efficient way of managing it! Not to mention, what if someone has an emergency and needs to get out!

This is my go-to when I'm not sure what I want to eat. I'm a vegetarian and their menu allows you to substitute refried beans or black beans for any meat. Only 4 stars because they often mess up our food and their slushy machine never works resulting in a crabby child. Their service has improved significantly over the past year. It seems like client experience has become a focus and I appreciate the brief conversation when at the window.
