Mcdonald's

Sure they were training two people. But two others lounged around the dining room. Okay, fine whatever but when we walked in for a quick bite "there's a customer" rang out from the kitchen. I guess they were empty, I didnt know that was possible, but regardless I got my burger about 10min or so after ordering. And the bun was stale. Bathrooms were clean tho.

If I could leave a 0 I definitely would. I was in there more than 15 min for medium coffee w/ 2 burritos. There weren’t busy, they even had a manager doing a review, he watched me wait just to be helped for 5 min. I’m sorry, but he should have gotten up and gotten after them as they were all gabbing in the back like they were on break. They had no one at the window and no service.. note to self never go there again. Ot wasn’t very clean either almost wish I’d left It’s not a big McDonald’s my kitchen counter is larger their front one

Wow! Is this McDonald's? They totally remodeled inside and out. They've changed the ordering counter and added two kiosks for ordering, although only one is operational now. The kiosk ordering process is slow, but it's probably a car of getting used to it. They also have an app that has some pretty good deals, and you can pre-order. Customer service was a lot better today. Don't know if that is something new or because some big shots were there observing. Either way, it was still good. Seating looks pretty limited, but there is more seating down the side of the restaurant.

Walked to the counter where there was a dude waiting for customers, waited a few seconds, said hi to get his attention, he said hi back, turned away from me without saying anything more, I waited a bit more before realizing it's not worth it for McDonald's. I get lunch is busy but acknowledging someone's there and just choosing to ignore them sucks.
