Burger King

Ordered a to go meal. Waited 8 minutes from time it was served until I saw a person I could ask for it. 2 older women on staff were very rude to me. One younger girl was polite but kept in back. It's clear the 2 older women are in charge and not happy about working here. I have never been yelled at about my order until today. I was told I was "a pain in the ass for not going through the drive thru".

Not 1 out of 5 meals were correct, we got cold fries and incorrect hot burgers. Went in to get them replaced seen pretty inappropriate behavior in the kitchen so asked for a return thank you have a nice day. Fast forward 2 weeks several calls later still no return to my card now they say I have to dispute it with my bank. Hold the hell on here, because 5 out of 5 meals were wrong I have to cancel my card change information on sites I use it because the store can't be decent enough to simply do a return? Not worth it keep my $32 the store will close anyway no one in the kitchen cares about what goes out.

I went through the drive thru tonight. The guy taking my order had me pull up to the window without giving me a total. After sitting at the window a few minutes, he came to the window from the restroom and started entering orders in. Then he bagged up food and handed it to me, telling me the order to confirm. It was the wrong order, so he then read me the correct order, taking the wrong food back. Clearly, the person ahead of me got tired of waiting for him to come out of the restroom and left. I then waited several more minutes until someone else came out to the window and asked me to pull ahead. I waited 10 more minutes for my food. I had to go back inside twice for missing items. I live 1 mile from this location according to Google maps. The fries were lukewarm and rubbery. I had to warm my burger in my microwave to make it somewhat edible. We've had bad experiences at this location in the past, but wanted to try the angry Whopper. Sadly, we were disappointed again. It's really unfortunate at Burger King can be pretty tasty when you get fresh food. However, this location just isn't worth your money. We've decided that we will spend a little more and order take out from a nearby sit down restaurant as we have always gotten tasty burgers from these type of locations. Just too many dissapointments to give this BK any more of our hard earned money.

Cashier walks away twice while we're ordering, food takes forever then comes out cold or stale and just gross. Every surface was greasy or hadn't been cleaned properly. No ketchup cups, things like straws/salt/etc aren't stocked. There's a half dozen other fast food places 2 minutes away, avoid this.

Went in yesterday to get the Impossible Whopper for lunch, was given their previous veggie patty instead. It is not okay to pass off that MorningStar (or whatever it is) patty is the Impossible Burger. It’s a significantly inferior product, and not vegan. I’m being generous with the stars in spite of this mistake because the staff has been friendly and efficient both times I’ve stopped here. I’m still mad about that burger though. Impossible Foods should be mad at them for that, too.

The patty is dry as hell. And they put a lot sauce trying to cover that dry taste, which is pretty nasty when you eat it. Cuz sauce gonna be all over the place. The tray that they put your food on it, is so oily and dirty. It’s like no one in this restaurant care about their business anymore. I guess this place will shut down very soon just like other burger kings.

I ordered a whopper meal with cheese. I guess burger king's idea of what constitutes cheese has changed. It was some icky sauce with the consistancy of mayo but colored yellow that didn't taste very good. In the past the whoppers were my favorite burgers but it has changed. They just don't taste or look the same

Service was terrible. The soda dispenser still had soap in it! Manager did not have any manners. All of the employees were arguing in the back to the point where one left mid shift. Floors were so dirty it felt as if I was stepping in gum the whole time. They need to hire new staff and clean this place up! Worst of the worst.
