Wendy's

All around, poor service. The employee got us a Coke fountain drink. The Coke was spilled ALL over outside of cup. We asked for a replacement cup and the employee looked confused as to why we asked for a replacement cup. The Frosty was given right after payment for the food and we waited 8 minutes for the nuggets and our order to be done. In the mean time, the frosty is melting. We're finally given our 4 for $4 meals after the nuggets were done cooking. Part of the nuggets order was cold, not fresh. They had apparently been sitting in the bag of food for the 8 minutes. The fries were undercooked, soggy and limp and cold. They too were sitting in the bag of food for the 8 minutes. Before we left, we asked for a replacement Frosty, one that was not melting. You could tell the emoluee didn't take his job seriously. He mumbled that he was tired. THE absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. And this review comes from a former Wendy's employee (35 years ago).

We used to get faster service with fewer mistakes here. The teenagers who run the windows gave us the wrong total at the window and then handed us a drink with soda running down the sides. We asked if they could fix the cup and they did, but really?? Where has customer service gone and employees taking pride in what they do?
