Burger King

Went to store on 9/8/2020 in Ithaca, NY, it was around 10:30ish and I wanted a breakfast sandwich. I'm hard of hearing and I had to constantly ask the clerk to speak up that's #1. I tried to order food and was told there was a wait. I told cashier I didn't mind and I proceeded to order again. I was then told it could possibly be a " longer " wait for food, and again I explained I wasn't in a rush. I tried to order again (now this is 2nd or 3rd try) and then I'm told there was only one cook in the kitchen!!! My jaw hit the ground and I left the store disgusted. #1 one treat disabled people with respect all the time and #2 always make your customer feel like coming back.

i went to burger king on ellis hollow road on 3/11/2020 order a bacon king for my husband get the sandwich home like always my husband unwraps the bacon king looks inside of it and notice that the bacon has been put in a fryer it was just all curled up and all he said when he took a bite of the bacon was that it tasted like grease i don't understand what is going on with that burger king but as a former cook i know for a fact that you are not suppose to put bacon in a fryer that is some serious cross contamination i think the health department should investigate what is going on. I know for a fact i will not be getting my husband nothing from that burger king again.

I can't figure out why but something inevitably goes wrong every time I go here. I've only been a handful of times, and either I've been overcharged, given the wrong thing, given a dripping/messy drink and no napkins, just one thing after another with this location. I've just never left this place thinking "Not bad, I'll come back here." And I still do, why? Can't figure it out. Agree with others that this place takes an unusually long time with drive through orders, even if you're the only one there. It's great that it's there as another quick food option but something's definitely off with this place. The impossible burger though? Thumbs up for that. If overpriced.

Ordered the "5 for $4" special, which is supposed to include a bacon cheeseburger, fries, nuggets, chocolate chip cookie and a drink. Was told that they were out of cookies, but they could give me an apple pie instead. After looking at my receipt later, I see that I was not only charged full price for the meal, but also charged for the pie. Please tell me again why fast food employees deserve $15/hr?????
