My wife and I were passing through Manitou springs on our honeymoon and couldn’t help but stop in the building looked so cozy.
The mango mate tasted delicious and the spring chicken sandwich was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.
I can’t recommend the stop enough!

Loved it. I wish I could drink mate every single day. We got the mango and the lemon-lime iced mates and both were amazing. Super flavorful and very different from each other. Pleasant atmosphere and ultra friendly & kind staff. The avocado, veggie sandwich with sprouts was also DELICIOUS and highly recommended.

I'm shocked at the reviews of this place. Did people go to the same place as I did? Creepy? Cultish? Rude? What?! This felt like a cute, quaint, homey environment with kind staff and AMAZING food. The Maté was phenomenal (I recommend the mango one)

Got 3 delicious sandwiches. Not a whole lot of variety but I liked the "make your own" option. More choices that way. Bread was fantastic, reasonably priced. 3 sandwiches with chips or vegetable salad was $38.

Charming place and such a fitting atmosphere for Manitou Springs. Very nice staff and quick service. Delicious teas and smoothies. Did not have any food but I hear all around that it’s delicious.

Unique small restaurant, house made bread, and everything from scratch, you will love the sound of the lake while having the best sandwiches in Manitou! Staff is super friendly 10/10

This place is suuuper awesome, I make special trips a lot just to come here. Atmosphere is very unique and cool, looks like an indoor rainforest village. Drinks are amazing, 'Common Ground' is my favorite, and they have the best Chai drink of any I've ever had anywhere, and I've tried Chai in a lot of places. Service is great, very friendly, good chill music played. And food is actually great too...I know sounds too good to be true. Check it out and see....

I do love this place! Even better to know they are the only place opened 24/5 which is awesome because sometimes you go down from the Pikes Peak and you have nothing hot around. Next time I will ask for the smoothie. I tried the gourd mate and it was strong at the beginning but then it becomes more friendly. I love your team and how you take time to explain difference between items you have on the menu! Pumpkin cake was absolutely piece of heaven.

This is my favorite place. The mate teas are delicious. I always get the peach one. The new lemon lime one is also good. They used to have raspberry but now it is seasonal. The gentlemen working are so kind. This place is cozy and just an overall amazing experience every time.
