Great Coffee. The staff is always friendly at 530 in the morning and that's hard to do! They are quick with your order to. This location is super busy at times just a heads up.

I came in and they were training staff. I ordered my meal and the service was great. The young man at the window was so polite and attentive. I would have not even known it was his first day until I went inside because I wanted something else and they were saying we are training today and we thank you for your patience 💗

Staff was friendly, but must have been short staffed (nothing new nowadays like anywhere else) as the lobby door was locked and only drive thru open. Still ordered off app and just had to wait longer in drive thru line.

Drive thru service is usually fast unless it’s a peak time of the day. Annoying turn to get back on Rt 13 N, but other than that it’s fine.

One of my two favorite Dunkin' locations. I usually plan my trip into town around grabbing my coffee first. Despite the staffing shortage, they are always friendly and efficient in trying to get people in and out as quickly (and accurately) as possible. If they have to close early there is always a sign posted long before the closing time and clearly posted for people to see. Sad when I can't get my coffee but it's understandable in light of the events of the last year and a half. I always see staff wearing gloves and masks which is also a comfort since they are handling food and beverages.

It is at a central location in Itacha. Parking place is enough. Entrance and exit to a busy street, a street that connects the Dunkin to major road. The drive-through is busy. This particular Dunkin does not have a lot of tables. Coffee is excellent as always in Dunkin. There is a Dunkin standard and it is maintained in this place. I gave a four star for pot holes in the parking lot and at the entrance from the road.
