Dunkin is almost always the same but this was recently remodeled and the staff here is always courteous

Love my Dunkin crew Joni is the best the GM Tasha is wonderful I visit every other day if not EVERYDAY Lindsey she's also a doll that's my crew I appreciate them.

This location has the kindest, most sincere, and good humored staff of any coffee place in Ithaca. What a great way to start the day!

Staff was friendly, but must have been short staffed (nothing new nowadays like anywhere else) as the lobby door was locked and only drive thru open. Still ordered off app and just had to wait longer in drive thru line.

Drive thru service is usually fast unless it’s a peak time of the day. Annoying turn to get back on Rt 13 N, but other than that it’s fine.

Great Coffee. The staff is always friendly at 530 in the morning and that's hard to do! They are quick with your order to. This location is super busy at times just a heads up.

Fastest just to go in rather than waiting in the drive through line!

I came in and they were training staff. I ordered my meal and the service was great. The young man at the window was so polite and attentive. I would have not even known it was his first day until I went inside because I wanted something else and they were saying we are training today and we thank you for your patience 💗
