The food was absolutely gorgeous, the beef brisket was great but the food took over 2 hours to arrive for a table of 6.

Really good Sunday roast and good vibes at this place. The food was quality and the beers were nice. However the beef slices in the Sunday roast were definitely waaay too small. Nice stop after a walk though 👋

The atmosphere of the pub was lovely and relaxed, staff were very friendly. The food was amazing, I couldn't believe the size of the portions and it was delicious, I've yet to have a Sunday roast dinner match this. Sadly it was our last night at our Airbnb, otherwise we would have gone again.

Food was good here. I should have taken a photo of my husbands burger. It was the real deal. We went to nights in a row because it was near our accommodation and I knew I get something nice even though I am gluten free.
I would recommend the chicken and creamed mushroom sauce. Very hearty.

We were visiting the area and came here 3 times in the weekend. Hand Pulled Beers and wines excellent with a reasonable price. We ate on Friday and the meal was spot on. All freshly made and delicious. Highly recommend the Buttermilk Curry and the Catalan Prawns. Staff really welcoming. Also had 'Bites' menu selection and the Whitebait was as good as I have had anywhere.
Only minor downside is the premises are now a little tired and in need of a refurbishment, and the fire was out of action.
