Mcdonald's

The absolute audacity of this place is astounding...I ordered a Big Mac meal with a large fry and a sprite. Simple enough, they ask me to pull around and wait, no big deal, 15 MINUTES LATER they bring out my food and I ask what the hold up was and they were waiting for my fries...WHERE ARE THE REST OF THEM????

Never really review a fastfood place because they fast food right. But how about ordering 2 baskets of fries and you get home and they are full of salt and cant be eaten. Well my kids of course was eating some. We came back told manager if we can please get a refund. She looked in the bag and said that wasnt all the fries lol. Instead of saying Im sorry to hear that. Well we only got refunded for one basket due to her arguing with a paying customer. Hopefully this manager gets some training on customer service.

So I stopped at this McDonald's yesterday and they told me to park and wait on my food,I waited and saw a woman come out with a bag ,she gave it to the other car ,I asked her were is my order ,she responded with oh I will check on it...the guys were yelling at her that it wasn't thier order ,it was actually mine and she said she would be back with my order ,took a while ,I go inside and complain about it, they said it would be right out ,never asked me what my order was,in the meantime, there is a girl complain about a raw hamburger patty that was served raw and then I mentioned to the lady that there were many fys in there and she said ,oh it's not our problem..disgusting, so I told the manager that I wanted a refund ..I never got my refund in my account back...very disorganized and nasty McDonald's..never will I go there again
