It's IHOP AS ITS Supposed to be, very clean conscientious staff great food served hot prepared as I asked for it (great steak) and still best coffee hot and as much as I can drink plenty of parking nothing more to say Eddie was awesome 👍 kudos to all

We came in after 3pm few customers. Food was delicious and hot. Service was great. The only problem was check your forks and spoons. Kinda spotty

ANGEL is just what her name says….an ANGEL! Her customer service is above and beyond!! She checked on us numerous of times! People like her make you want to come back! If I could of tipped her $100 I would have that’s how good her customer service is! The food was delicious…very hot and fresh!!! I will definitely return!

The food was delicious. I had the spinach, mushroom omelette with added bacon. The coffee was fresh. It was cooked perfectly. The waitress was attentive and courteous. The bus person was very respectful and friendly. The restroom was clean. There is handicap parking and accessible stall.

Just got released from hospital after having a routine medical procedure. I was starving!!! I was also freezing to death..in HOUSTON, in mid-September. I had my blanket & the server was just the nicest person. I asked for a “bacon appetizer” 8 slices of crispy bacon, she was so kind to me. TOP NOTCH….OUT-FREAKING-STANDING service. From a place of experience…having done that job (hard work for pennies) I usually tip about 35-40% ALWAYS CASH. I felt so bad that I was only able to leave 15-16% I don’t remember the server’s name otherwise I would have given her a personal shout out.. Im glad this came up on my feed b/c I wanted her to know that her hard work was appreciated but more than that she was a really kind & gentle soul. I’ll be back soon with the rest of your tip.

My daughter and I pickup takeout, and last night, she opted for this ihop. Her food was awesome, mine was lackluster. I left a comment on the "contact us" section of the app and the manager, Robert, called me this morning. She wanted more of their chicken tenders (the bbq ones are awesome!), and when we went to pickup, Robert brought out her order. I was taken aback a bit... his eyes are the kindest blue eyes I've seen in a very long time. My daughter noticed, also, and after he walked back in... she remarked about it. There's more, but I won't get into that here... but I'll be going back, as long as he's there.
