Bojangles

This was our first time at a Bojangles. They forgot the cole slaw on one of our orders, and gave ranch instead of the bojangles sauce on the other order. No napkins or ketchup for the fries. The chicken and the chicken tenders were both overcooked. The biscuits were perfect and the fries were hot and pretty good.

I have to say I was slightly disappointed with my visit to Bojangles this evening. The chicken didn't seem to be very fresh. It wasnt cold by any means, just kinda seemed like it had been sitting for a while. The biscuit was delicious however. Crispy and buttery on the outside and fluffy in the middle. The coleslaw and green beans were very tasty as well. I hope this was just a one off situation because I do enjoy Bojangles. I will be back hopefully for a better experience.

After spending all day at the UAB for chemotherapy, I had a taste for fried chicken. We arrived at the restaurant, placed our order, repeated it and proceeded to the window. When we reached the window and checked the food, the order was incorrect. We attempted rectify the issue but the young lady with the black weave in the gray shirt proceeded to yell “the order is right because I took the order.” It felt as if she was going to jump out of the window and attack us. Her attitude was nothing less than hostile. We tried to calmly rectify the situation but she just kept passing food out the window that was incorrect. This was our first and last time at the location. The female staff at this location is too urban and could stand some etiquette training and weeks of anger management training. I will also be contacting the corporate office. I’m so disappointed in this organization. Blessed day.

Not just the slowest bojangles, but the slowest fast food location in u.s. history. By the time they tell you " it'll be 5 min on your chicken biscuit "and send you to park, you read your receipt and realize they rang your order up wrong. 5 chicken biscuits instead of 4. 30 min later they bring out the wrong order and won't fix the receipt ( Apparently there was no manager to open the drawer. Im sure.insert eye roll.I cant do an extensive debate over $4 at the end of day on a friday) . This is when the 5 min on your chicken biscuit really begins. By the time you get the right food you have a headache and are no longer hungry.
