Hello Culver's So I just left your Hoover ,AL location and I must say it has been the worst experience ever. The police was call on me as I am 35 weeks pregnant sitting in my car asking for fresh food. 4 managers in the building 2 prepared the food and still gave me hard black shrimp twice. First they tell me the grease is fresh then proceeded to tell me that the shrimp is frozen so of course it has to cook longer in order for inside to be fully cooked ( did I mention I'm pregnant so this has to be prepared correctly on top of being in the Hospital last night ) ans if the grease was fresh it wouldn't be black/burnt and hard.I am so disgusted that your company had the nerve to call the police on a food order and also Hoover police officer Wiggins said that they do this all the time. Friends and family on all social platforms will know about this . I need someone to call me asap . Because you Care nothing for your customers at all. Also called your GM Matt Cutcliffe and he hung up in my face twice.

Got to try Culver's on a trip up north a few years ago and loved it. I knew if they entered the Birmingham market it would be a hit. Finally made it to Hoover to try this one out and it didn't disappoint. Probably my favorite chain fast food burger restaurant in Birmingham. Restaurant was clean and well laid out. The food was fantastic! And the staff was friendlier than you might expect at a fast food restaurant.

My teenagers went to eat at the Hoover location on 5/23. As they walked in a staff member that was outside told them “you are not welcome here” (they had never been to this location before) They walked in and asked why they were not welcome and several staff members gathered around telling them they were rude the day before and they could never come in again. The staff then showed them a blurry picture from their security cameras of 3 teens and a accused them of being the teenagers in the photo. My kids were scared and said they would call me to come so I could prove it was not them. The staff then made them stand there for 5 minutes while they discussed it. When they realized they were accusing the wrong kids they did not apologize. They just said they guessed they had the wrong people and they could order. This is unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the manager could have questioned my kids on her own to see if they were the rude customers from the day before. At the very least when they realized it was a mistake they could apologize. It is not ok for all employees to gang up on 3 teenagers and falsely accuse them. The food is good, but the staff is not well trained.
