There are only so many places to get breakfast in Honea Path, so we must make do. The waitresses were friendly, the food was okay. It was not a very professional place; the interior could be brighter and cleaner. The food took a while to get to us despite our party being three people with few customers around.

Went in for breakfast. Ordered French toast and shredded hash brown potato's. I wished I'd had my camera. At first I thought my French toast was burned. The toast wasn't burned, it was "soaked" in cinnamon. Trusting person that I am, took a bite. I about choked. My daughter sensed my dilemma, called the waitress, explained, I ordered something else. Nothing in the menu said anything about cinnamon French toast, waitress said "well they're cooked in cinnamon"; Like how dare I not know it. Newbie here. Not on the menu! Should say in menu... Drowned in Cinnamon prior to cooking. It would have saved everyone a lot of trouble.
