Hardee's

I put an online order in. Paid online as well. It was $39. Order said it would be ready in 15-19 minutes. I showed up almost 35 minutes later for them to tell me they never got My order. In fact, they didn't get any online orders. Until I showed them the email and text message with my paid receipt and confirmation number. Only then did they "get" my order. So on top of the 35 minutes I was already waiting, I waited an additional 20 sitting in my car in a parking spot so they could cook my food. On the other hand, the food was very good. The fries weren't fresh but everything else was perfect.

First curbside would be drive-thru on this one. We went after a Doctor's visit and it was close to end of breakfast (10:38). Usually have coupons for Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuits. So I first ordered sausage biscuits but decided to.ask if they had a special for BE&C biscuits. They did! She changed my order without issue. We got home and the biscuits we great! I learned to always ask, now if there is a special even without a coupon!

If I could give this place a -0 I would. Absolute worst Hardee's on the planet. I sat at the window for 30 minutes before they handed me my food. Order was wrong. I had to wave and yell while 3 employees stared directly at me . One finally quit playing a game on her phone to ask "what you want". Then proceeded to tell me that my order was correct. So I paid $20.39 for 3 small fries????. Then the girl walked to a table and started playing on her phone. Two other employees peeked put from the back then disappeared. Everyone working on 10/8/21 between 7:30pm-8pm needs to be fired immediately.
