Hooters

I had Brianna as my server last night, very sweet and took her time to make sure i had everything i needed along with asking me about my day and making conversation and made my hooters experience great , Also had fresh Teriyaki wings with crispy delicious fries. 10/10 recommended this place if you want a chill spot to eat at with extremely sweet girls

my friend & I ate here the night before leaving for Florida for my birthday vacation. the service was amazing & waitress was a complete delight. unfortunately, the food made me sick immediately. l ate 2 wings and 3 tater tots and felt nauseous right away. we left early since I felt so sick, and I ended up grabbing the longer straw. I felt better a few hours later into the night, but my friend began having stomach problems and spent 1-3am throwing up from the food she ate (she also had only a few bites). it was a complete miracle we were both okay enough the next day to still attend our vacation. service was great but something is wrong with the food quality.

I really hate giving not so good reviews, but this has to be said. First a little background. Back in the mid 80's when the first few restaurants opened in Atlanta, I was just starting my degree in Electronics Technology and installing Car phones part time. Didn't do remote installations back then, but got paid VERY well to do this one job for a new owner of a Hooters somewhere on the north side of Atl. Needless to say I didn't make it back to my apartment that night and learned all the reasons why "Hooters" became so popular back in the day :-) Not just me but everyone I know always stated "the food was never that great but the 'atmosphere' and service was well worth the visit". Sad to say here folks, but on this visit, to this location, the food hasn't changed and the service was not good. When you have to mention twice to get something to eat with instead of your fingers, then ultimately getting up yourself and going to the hostess to get a fork... You know things have gone completely downhill. And... Well... In regards to the "Hooters", we all know the rest of that story:-(. But hey the Beer was GREAT!

Ordered to go on the website and went to go pick up only for them to tell me they didn’t have my order I even showed them the email confirming my order was placed. This was 30 min before close just seemed to me like they didn’t want to do their job! Didn’t receive my food and NEVER got my refund! They said it would take up to 10 days to show up on my account and it’s been well over 2 weeks stole $32 from me basically! Ridiculous will never go here again.

This location is horrible. Food came out and looked ok. Establishment is in decay. Ceiling tiles are hanging or missing with water stains. Seating that im assuming used to be faux leather is completely worn and ripped down. I can't imagine having to sit down if you wearing anything thinner then a jean material. I had a foreign object in my food which I almost choked on. The General Manager Thomas was more concerned with throwing the object away then even apologizing. I was not allowed to take a photo of the object that looked like a large piece of parchment paper after I showed an employee and she asked to "see it" she quickly walked to the back. The manager only took the meal of with the foreign object and an additional few dollars. No apology. Our server was very jovial. Corporate office was contacted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Miranda this evening. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was at capacity, and she was fantastic! I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table of 8adults and 4 children with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done!
