Dunkin'

Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru line. Once I got to the window I had to have my coffee remade not once but TWICE. Hasbrowns were placed at the bottom of the bag so they were completely smooshed into one patty. Hasbrowns had black spots on the outside but where ice cold in the center. Bacon missing on my BEC Croissant. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been so. Staff were laughing and playing on their phones inside meanwhile the drive thru line is backed up the strip mall behind the dunkin. Not sure why the line was so long when the food is all pre made and heat to serve. Place needs to be shut down.

This place have the worst people working here. Not only they don’t know good customer service, they get at least one thing wrong every time I order! Take a look at this picture. This was supposed to be an iced macchiato, this is a watered down iced coffee which didn’t even taste like coffee!!! The drive they line is ridiculous and it doesn’t seem to move at all.

Arrived at DD about 5 pm. My daughter wanted donuts. First off the male taking my order kept making me repeat myself. If it's that hard, to hear, just say pull up to the window. Get to the window I tell the girl they need a new mic if it takes 5 min to order. Her response "I guess" and hands me my dozen donuts. I have to ask for napkins and she gives me 4. Smh I get home and the donuts are old and stale. I call up to DD and speak to Caleb. He apologized and offered my money back or a free dozen. He did inform, donuts are only made in the morning, so by noon they are starting to get stale. Yet, DD still charges $12 for a box of stale donuts. I wish I could give 0 stars, although, Caleb was so nice I gave him 2 stars. He has great customer service. Maybe they should be like Krispy Kreme and cook fresh donuts all day. Hmm, that would be a thought.🤔

The fact that I sat in this line for 15 minutes almost and she simple could add a black coffee... was EXTREMELY rude about it also. Then when I said oh wow... she said OK WHAT DO YOU WANT... little girl needs to have respect and a better customer care presentation. If its busy for you then find a slower paced job.
