Dunkin'

My experience seemed pretty good until I was attempting to order a milkshake with two flavors. The cashier was genuinely confused by my request, so she called her supervisor who immediately informed me that they were forbiden to make mixed flavor shakes by her manager. She was so inflexible over the issue that when I questioned her as to why, she told me that I could go to another Dunkin Donuts to get my order filled. Perplexed, I stated that I was not trying to be difficult when I asked her if I were to buy a 4 scoop ice cream, could I have 2 different flavors. She again reiterated that I could take my order to another Dunkin' Donuts. When I restated the question, she finally and begrudgingly said yes I could have 2 different flavors in seperate cups. All the time, she was clearly in major dimination "it's my way or the highway" mode. I wonder what that's about? I suppose outsourcing our menial labor means we no longer deserve personable or friendly customer service. Sad days.........

If you have any problems at this location make sure you accommodate the only manager in the store that’s able to refund an order. It’s crazy how they can take $30 from someone and tell them it’ll be refunded just to not do anything. Will be coming back and hopefully will be able to catch the only manager there.

Clearly today was "I don't care what you order; you're gonna get what I give you". I went through the drive thru & the gal that took my order rushed through it, kept interrupting me asking what I wanted as I was telling her & then said absolutely nothing so, I pulled around to the window. Still, not a word to me. Her & the other girls are still carrying on their conversations, ignoring me. When she hands me my drinks, they're wrong(obviously, because she wasn't paying attention when I originally ordered). When I tell her my order is wrong, she decides to talk to me & tells me it's not; what she gave me is what I ordered. -_- I had ordered an iced latte with caramel & an iced macchiato with caramel & an extra shot of espresso. The drink she gave me was all milk with the tiniest bit of espresso. When I told her it was wrong & she argued back & forth with me about it, she then took it back & filled it with coffee. It had no caramel. My latte was nothing but milk & she wouldn't fix it. NEVER AGAIN. Save your coins for the next coffee shop down the road!

I wish i can give this dunkin donut zero stars. The people taking the orders are so rude and it seems like they never understand what you're saying or trying to order. This morning I specifically asked for my bacon to be cooked and crispy and the lady gave me an attitude over the intercom. I checked my order once i arrived at work and my bacon is literally not cooked at all. They are trying to poison me by giving me raw bacon. I will never waste my money over here again!!

Worst service ever. My order was not correct and when I simply asked to have my oatmilk (which was missing from my drink) in a small cup (I would have gladly paid) they refused. I then asked to pay for another drink they told me I would have to exit the queue and come inside and wait. Very disappointed .
