Go to any other store in Hampton. They don't have gas, and the employees are vulgar, unprofessional, and treat the store like a personal hang out. After my experience today, I gladly await the day that this stores doors shut forever. If you hire horrible employees that think it's ok to use profanity loudly ignoring their customer base, and then rage when asked to refrain, don't even wear uniforms, and refuse to share the owners contact info, this community will find other places to spend their money. The 7-11 right down the road is a far superior experience..I called corporate after not receiving any cooperation. The parking lot is full of beggars, drunks and unsavory individuals. If that's not enough the number of robberies, and shootings would keep anyone away. I can't believe I paid 2.57 to get a cup of coffee, and deal with such disrespectful employees...oh, and they will try to delete every poor review they recieve. Run away from this store.

I came in at around 3:15 pm on Monday December the 20th 2021 and one of you employees who used to work at my local 722 in newport news was being being rude and cursing at patrons for no reason. He cursed at me called me an a hole and I took it as a joke because I knew him from before, but then is aw him treating another customer like that and the older gentleman didn't take very kindly to that. Absolutely outrageous.

The young lady, manager I think, with short black hair and glasses deserves a raise. I'm awful with names but she's extremely kind and she has sense of urgency! She will ring you up on one register and someone else on another register at the same time just to get you on your way. She's why I'm giving 5 stars

I usually warm up my food at every close 7eleven and also spend some dollars on drink and fruit. Here suddenly ban me to warm outside food saying it's because of sanitary rules. Well, if thats the real reason, I suppose the microwave shouldn't be available for inside food also, virus is the same either coming from outside than inside. Next tothis one theres another one they say there's no problem at all go warm outside food 🤔

This location has had an ongoing issue with their point of sale purchasing system going down. Then they have the audacity to raise prices on their products. A king size candy bar over $2 come on now??? Systems are going down to the point where you can’t even use cash? What is the point of having this location if you can’t provide your customers with the products they need?
