This place used to be great but then they switch people around and now three or four times a week they don't have coffee. I don't understand how it's so hard to make sure there is regular coffee. I stop here every morning. But I think I'm going to start going so where else. Came here again today 9/28/2018 . And guess what no coffee but this time there were other people complaining as well. Staff change is not always for the better.

Totally had to change my review. After what seems like a complete staff change, this place as gone down hill. Myself and my husband go there ever morning. Recently there is no coffee ready, mind you this is around 730AM. The tea now tastes like water. The staff isn't as friendly. I will be more than happy to change my review if they would just get this store back to what it use to be.

Most of the employees are very rude. I only say most because there is one guy who works there sometimes and he is always nice and helpful. Really wish I knew his name. The workers are usually outside smoking and ignoring people and talking to friends. The refuse to break a $50 bill anytime of the day even when I'm trying to put $20 of it on a pump. Guess they can't count the change? Or it's a burden to them. And thats not only during shift change, its all day. I always have to go elsewhere which sucks because this is the most convenient 711/gas station for me to stop at. I'll just keep going the extra mile.

I went in this store & got $24.40 worth of gas and was double charged. Called my credit card and was told this 7-11 charged it, not the card, called the store and no one here seems to care that they stole my money. Besides the fact they are extremely rude, especially this woman named Julie on night ahift!
