I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money. I even tried to allow them to rectify the issue and they stood on the fact that they don't give customers the value for the money spent on food. It was my first and last time giving my money away for this bread barely any meat on sub bread. If you don't plan on filling the sandwich stick to making pizza. The fries were warm and stale. This was just an all around disappointment. They couldn't even put tomatoes on both sides of the bread.

We ordered delivery.
The sandwiches are cold, soggy, have brown lettuce and barely any meat.
The spaghetti is overcooked and mushy.
I'm so disappointed.

Their pizza is the best I know of. Their Greek salad and house dressing are exquisite. It's a family restaurant with a warm atmosphere. I live in Norfolk but every time I have work on the peninsula, I visit Vancostas, Hampton.

We had different Italian dishes (stuffed shells, veal parm, baked ziti with meats, & spaghetti carbo.) with dinner salads/French onion soup. Portions were generous and the food was great. My husband and I had eaten there many years ago when his Mom was alive and thought we would try it again while in Hampton. We are glad we did. My son-in-law loves Italian and now they have a new place to dine. The menu is varied with pizza, classic Italian meals, sandwiches including burgers, soups and salads. They also have specials.

As a northerner, born and raised in New Jersey, they need to change their slogan of new York style pizza. It is far from it. Absolutely false advertisement!

Ordered the meat Stromboli with pepperoni sausage onions green pepper mushrooms and it was delicious

We'll definitely go back but I was disappointed by the recent valentine's night dinner. Clearly the menu offered "pan seared" scallops - my fav. I was served broiled in a cruet scallops. Green beans were soggy. Shoddy.
