7-eleven

The White girl who works on 3rd shift is so unprofessional, they turned the oven off on purpose after I asked for 2 pizzas, after I hard already checked to see if it was on. I understand the job, I worked at 711 myself so I get it. They shouldn't be allowed to treat and speak to people the way they do.

Went to get some snacks at this 711 because the one on briarfield and aberdeen was getting a delivery and don't allow customers inside while the delivery is being made. Went up to the door and it was locked with no one in sight at cashier's station. Really, on a busy friday night/sat morning. Got all the way to my car and then guy opens the door. There was no apology. Got some snacks and left. Why would the owners have a guy working by himself on a busy night? Why would an employee lock the doors with no note or other form of explanation when people are trying to enter the business?

This place is horrible. Dirty and dingy you’ll question your safety before even entering. Paid and waited for food to be told 5 mins later “we out”. Instead of offering me a refund, she told me it would just go back on my card, year somehow she didn’t need my card again. Then the gas I prepaid for timed out, and I had to put another $50 hold on my card. This place is not worth the visit.

The owner finds ways to cheat people out of 7-eleven deals. She closed the slurpee machines on free slurpee day, and will hit 10 buttons on the register to make sure you don't get the $1 coffe thats being offered on the 7-eleven app. The coffee is always fresh which is probably the only reason to go there.

I love 7 eleven! However, this particular one was absolutely awful! 4 other customers and I stood in line for at least 7 minutes with cash in hand to pay for product, instead of being greeted, your employee stood in the back of the store and watched us wait while she went over the beer order with beer man. After awhile she announced she was on shift alone as if that was a good enough reason to keep us waiting. She then continued with the beer man another 5 minutes while we waited. Im completely annoyed and so are the other customers waiting but instead of coming to register for us she walks back and forth in and out of an office. After being in shock from this womans behavior I realize this is the last straw for me, I put my items I was gonna get on the counter and left. Hindsight justice for me would have been to take the coffee with me. Not telling you guys what to do about this, I want yall to know she let revenue sit and wait for a beer order thats not sold yet. She hurt us but she hurt you too.
