Had to wait for over 10 minutes in the drive thru line and then the team member didn't even apologize for the long wait... Food was terrific as always... Love that they have kids eats free... So I have to drive farther to get this service

This location is always on point. I've never had an issue. Food is always fresh and hot. Service is outstanding.

Sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes only to get to the order speaker and be told that they were out of warm chicken and I'd have to wait another 15 minutes.
Who could have predicted that people would want warm chicken at Bojangles?

Kudos to the store manager. The service is super fast. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and this place is so fast that my order at the drive-thru before I even get there. I pay and receive my food and I get more time to enjoy this hot fresh chicken.👍

This Bojangles is always on point 3351 Commander Shepard Boulevard, not to confused with any other locations. Food is always good and service is always great.

I didn't get any kinda of service in the morning I stayed in the drive thru for 10 mins and almost late to work

chicken was good, but they made us wait 15 minutes for the chicken to turn over that's the reason they don't get 5 stars
