A&w Restaurant

I remember back to when A&W was a fantastic fast food chain. It has consistently gone downhill for years, but this location is the absolute worst. The orders are either wrong or cold at least 85% of the time. The majority of the staff can barely speak English and proceed to get rude when communicating becomes a problem. There's a Wendy's less than a minute away that has better food and service.

- Friendly - Total time in drive thru was an estimated 6mins + for 1 meal & a side onion ring - Always think the onion rings are battered and fried very well at this location - Power went out and they took off maybe $2.00 from our order - New Nashville Hot chicken burger had nice chicken, but wasn't spicy at all. Not a fan of spicy things but figured I'd give it a go, it tastes like any other chicken burger. Definitely spice level was a let down but the meat it's self was great

I wanted to give one star because of how frustrated I was with my order tonight but the A&W usually is great staff, quick with food and the right order! Tonight, I ordered 2 kids chicken meals, I recieved burgers, I asked for mustard and onion only on my mama burger and it had a single drop of mustard. I dont get to go very often and to have it messed up was disappointing. I know it was an honest mistake because they gave me the dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets, assuming the chicken was in the kids meals. I will go back for sure. It is really good food, but I'll definately be checking my meal before I drive away.
