Cashier was okay, but it’s never an easy experience at this location. I haven’t written a review before but the service hasn’t changed. Today the lady making my bagel did not make it correctly, and when I asked for a bit more cream cheese to fix the problem she said she would have to charge me. So instead of just giving me a small cup and a knife, I asked her to redo it. She threw out the old one, wasting food!!! She made a whole new one which I’m sure cost the company more money than if she had just given me a little extra.

Just went through the drive thru and actually watched an employee tear open a bag of coffee with her teeth, not once but twice! I can't believe in the world of Covid an employee would have the audacity to do this. The coffee was poured out into the basket to be brewed, right over where her mouth just ripped it open. Completely disgusted. The employee had a plain black shirt on so not sure if she was training but still common sense would be useful.

The workers here are very slow and unprofessional , remember going here on my work breaks and every time i came there would only be three people in line and it would literally take 20 minutes. I've also had to wait 5 - 10 minutes just for them to make my coffee , the employees would literally be chatting in the back section of the kitchen instead of doing there job. They obviously don't have proper training here , don't go here unless you have all the time in the world.

I must say this location is one of the worst. Some of the staffs are unpleasant, drinks are horrible and handling of the food is not the best. I had given preference to this place as it’s close to my house but I had way too many disappointments with this location and reason I finally thought of adding my review.
