Crumbled

Amazing cake shop in Hamilton with a lot of cake exquisite varieties. This is a family-owned business and all of them are friendly and dedicated to delivering to customers the best service and the best cakes ever. The space is small but charming and seems to be inside a cake factory with sprinkles all over the ceiling and blended with colours. I really like this place and I would recommend to anyone to taste the cakes in-store or order online and you will not be disappointed.

I was excited to try this place because of its concept and how well-reviewed it is. I got a blueberry and graham cracker based regular bowl to go. It looked good and the person making it also helped substitute the white chocolate pearls with dark chocolate ones. They explained all the options available on the menu in detail and the service was really nice. When I got home and had the first bite, I was a bit disappointed at how sweet it was. I expected some tang from the blueberry compote but everything was sugary. I took a few bites and decided to eat again in a few hours. When I got it out of the fridge though it appeared green in multiple places. Now I don't know if food colouring was used which bled into the cake or whether the ingredients were stale and the cake had gone bad in a few hours. I did not want to risk my health so I had to dump two thirds of the item and considering that it wasn't exactly cheap, I felt really bad in doing so. The two stars are for the cute decor and for the nice service that I received.

I have been coming here since early days and it never disappoints. The owner, Dom, is so friendly and welcoming. You can truly see he loves what he does. The space is charming, cake is moist, flavours are always changing and on point. We drive from Toronto to come here when we have a craving or always order when we pass by. Prices are reasonable for the generous portion and creativity of flavours. Consistent service and high quality cake! I've also order a custom cake and he did an amazing job! Highly recommend supporting this small business..hope he's around for many many years to come!

Tried Crumbled on a Saturday evening and was not disappointed! After dining elsewhere we made our way down to Crumbled. We not only loved the decor, but we really appreciated the wonderful woman who helped us out (perhaps the owner?) We ordered 5 cake cups- and it was quick and easy service. I ordered the Red, White, and Velvet and it was so good! The cake and frosting were both high quality, fresh and absolutely delicious. We are from out of town, and I look forward to our next visit to Hamilton so we can visit this place again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Crumbled store! The ceiling, the treats, and the walls are all themed in an enjoyable desert manner. Speaking to the owner who's been here a few years, his passion is evident and I'm excited to see the store grow with the area. The milkshake was NEXT level amazing, I did the Nutella. Also, I had a the res velvet which was fantastic too!!! All around, an amazing desert experience, awesome location, friendly owner, and a good vibe! Much love!

Just tried this place today and it’s great! I tried 5 different flavours because I couldn’t (they all looked so good) and all the cakes were so moist and fresh! But the icing ... even more delicious! It’s the best part! You get two free toppings per cake. They have a lot of options and all the ones I tried were tasty and fresh. The store seemed to also follow all the COVID protocols and seemed very clean/safe. Definitely coming back ! The flavours in the photo are Snickers (which was my favourite), vanilla, carrot, chocolate and lemon raspberry.
