There are so many Tim Hortons locations in Hamilton so it's difficult to really stand out, but competent workers and a clean location do wonders. This location also has padded benches so sitting to catch up with old friends or hammer out a business meeting is a lot more enjoyable. Due to its location, a majority of its orders are drive thru meaning more seating and less noise for sit-ins!

Great bunch of people. On the last day when the interac was down they knew of another Tim's that had a working unit. Customer first.

Had a really nice sandwich with coffee. Just no hockey cards .Very hard find .

Friendly fast staff! Never have problems with my orders other than the odd time both coffees have grinds in the bottom.. YUCK!!!
