Pizza Pizza

After many years of being Loyal customer, I ordered 4 pizzas for my son’s birthday, one of my Guests saw a Fried bug on her slice, putting me in very Embarrassing situation . I called pizza pizza office the next day ,after explaining everything to the rep. He offered to replace the one pizza only if I returned the pizza back intact, which I threw out. The next day i passed by the store I took the manger to the side and explained to him quietly, I showed him the bug which I saved, and took pictures off; there was no Apology offered, He took the bug Squashed it and Said this is a black olive . He was very rude , this is the quality service I received, no more pizza pizza I’m having hard time uploading the pictures i will try again soon

If you want good food do not order from this place not only is the older guy a creep but he doesn’t like white people he makes extremely rude comments towards people I watch this guy only ask delivery drives who are white for their food bags but the people who are not white he doesn’t ask stay away from this location all the other pizza pizzas are amazing but this one ☝️ Is hamiltons worst !

I hadn't had Pizza Pizza for a long time for no reason in particular. Today I ordered and XL for pick up. It was delicious! The ingredients were so fresh (artichoke hearts were huge and generously applied) and it wasn't dripping in grease either. I was so pleasantly surprised. Fresh, fast and great quality food at a reasonable price.
