This is a tight-knit little Freemans! The venue is small but it's personality is the BIGGEST! Located downtown Halifax, admist the other bars, clubs and pubs, I find this bar doesn't get too rowdy, though it does get loud. They just got a BRAND NEW POOL table! There's Buy one, get one half off well shots, weekday AMAZiNG specials for dining in, and overall, for a good night out and some pub grub, this is where I go.

Lovely little spot that serves food late. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was good and portions appropriate. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but at the same time everything felt very comfortable. The washrooms were quite clean but noticeably in need of a bit of maintenance/renovation compared to the main area.

Never been to this place before, it was quite fun experience dining in and also they have Pool table for someone who likes to have gaming experience.

It's the best place to get chill and my friend and me had a buffalo chicken wrap with medium spice and it was really awesome, one of the best buffalo wrap we have ever had.

Shoutout to Reggie - this man deserves a raise. The type of person who can make a connection with anyone; Friendly, personable, genuine and and an amazing up seller. Best bang for your buck = better tip = win win.

Best poutine I had in years. The best part was the thick gravy. Didn't drench the fries, which were also excellent. Highly recommend getting the fish and chips but upgrading to a poutine.

Got in late to Halifax and this place was recommended by our hotel. A short walk and we came upon it. Glad we did it made our first night turn out great. Sever was friendly, beer was cold and appetizers we had were cooked perfect. Great bar and tables laid out nicely. Made a second stop through our vacation week as it really is a fun place to hang out.

Placed a take out order with the friendly lady.
Garlic fingers were great. Really liked how the cheese went right to the crust.

My mother and I went here for supper before heading to see the Tattoo. I've been to Freeman's before but my mom hadn't. We were both very impressed with the food and the service. Matt is a fantastic server! :)

We ordered the greek pizza and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and the fact that they are open till 2am is great cause we had a late night craving and really enjoyed it there! Great for a quick meal specially if you’re having a late night craving like we did🙂
