Joseph Pizza Restaurant

I just ordered food from Joseph and my fries was completely burnt, also I was charged a different price from what was on the menu, they sent a new menu in the bad and that was the price on my menu I already have. I call the restaurant and the staff was telling me that the price has changed but the new menu they sent In the bag had the same price I had on the menu in my office .Very disappointed.

Worst service ! Placed a order for delivery which arrive 1 hour and 30 mins late. To top it off the delivery guy came with the pizza box without a insulated pizza delivery bag. The pizza was cold and had to ask for refund. The guy that came to delivered the food told me not to order from there anymore. Which owner tells there costumers not to order from there anymore? If you would’ve had better service and better communication with your costumers there shouldn’t have been a problem. By the way the girl on the phone is really rude!

The Pizza is awesome, only place I find beef patties and my hubby loves their big beef gyros. The place looks old, needs some remodeling, staff is sweet. Still take orders by pen and paper but over all Love their Pizza. Last nite I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was off-the-hook. Love it!! Only thing missing was some Tabasco (hot sauce). Very friendly environment. Food is fresh. No lie just this week we eat 4 times from this place. Many blessings to Joseph's Pizza Res. GOOD JOB!! SO GLAD TO KNOW THAT IS OWED BY LATINOS.
