Curious if corporation knows you don’t give out sauce packets. That’s half the fun of eating Taco Bell. I never get any sauce packets that I order. Look at your reviews

I went through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. So I parked right outside the front door and I couldn’t go inside because the door was locked. I called them and the person that answered said he would bring me my correct order. I waited for 10 minutes and when I had still not received my order I called them back. The man said oh I’ve been out there a few times and I don’t see a car and I said I am the only person parked here to which he replied. “oh I’m not bringing it out to you. You’re gonna have to come get it from the front door.” Horrible customer service especially when it was their fault. He didn’t apologize and honestly didn’t really seem to care. Very disappointed.

The dude working the graveyard shift was friendly, happy, outgoing and a delight to have in the drive-thru. A+ and keep up the great work.

Food here shows up luke-warm, after an extensive wait. After several tries (during which I have never seen the cashier window in use), I've reached the conclusion that what this Taco Bell serves is anything but fast (or hot) food.

Our food was excellent. The order was correct and still hot. The sodas were perfect, didn't have sierra mist in stock, but the baja blast serviced nicely. The employee was friendly, and the wait wasn't bad at all. Great quick bite. Loved the outdoor banners. Only reason I took a star away, out of the literal last 10 orders of cinnamon twists.... I got them once. No joke. Including this evening, again. Wondering why do I order these...

The staff Rachel and her boss that is there right now on 2/18/22 we’re very rude when I drove back around and requested they remake my order. There was also food missing from my bag. They overcharged me as well. But when I showed them my tacos and expressed my concerns and told the manager my sugar was getting low. The manager slammed and locked the window and threw my receipt away. Very Unprofessional. I believe it was racially motivated.

Can't say a whole lot about drive though except the food was pretty good but the attitude of the drive thru person was a bit rough. I was cheery and, I won't lie, she brought my whole outlook down. They did get my special order correct though so good job.

Currently the dining room is closed forcing you into the drive through. During peak meal times the drive through line is slow and so long that it can start out in the street. I understand it is Covid related but this seems to be a poor system.
